Monochord
We redesigned and improved our monochords to have even more sound and volume than before. An enhanced corpus size combined with a changed interior structure as well as more and special strings effectuates a brilliant and long lingering sound. All monochords now are made of ash- and cherrywood. White perls can be used to pitch the tone quick and easy.

To play for your dreams. Everyone who learns about the TouchLife massage grows into the roll of giving treatments. Part of the learning is to develop new perspective and new visions for private life and for business - to walk the new steps and to implement them. At every training group, I wait for the moment in the evening when all participants are filled with the exchange of giving and receiving the massage. At the end, I play the Monochord for my students. Everyone lies down and relaxes into their thoughts and feelings. They can expand and go on a journey. For many experiencing the Monochord, they are moved quickly into a deep level of experience and they get a glimpse of their path. Pythagoras described the principle of the monochord. These is the instruments where I can discover a spectrum of sound on one or all strings, which leads me into the dimension of a sound. Meditative or relaxing for a foot reflex area massage, the instrument has become my friend and musical travel companion. During the past 18 years, I have discovered sounds and they have discovered me. Michael Reimann, Multiinstrumentalist, Engelskirchen | ![]() |

I am a Montessori teacher and own a monochord. I notice that the kids that I teach stop occasionally in their schoolwork, go over to the monochord and play, and then return with a feeling of calm to their work. Sometimes a child lays down on the Giant tongue drum and another one plays the tongue drum while a third child plays the monochord. For myself, I realized that the deep sound of the monochord grounds me while the higher pitch gives me upwards energy. I think the monochord is a precious instrument. As a singer I am always looking for 'accompaniment', an organist or a pianist. With the monochord, I can accompany myself. The instrument gives so much support. It also gave me the opportunity to set myself free from classical compositions and to improvis | ![]() |
