Conditions from Boehme music for 2010

Our prices and offers are not binding, the prices are always "ex works".
Delivery as soon as possible. Rare instruments up to three months. Quantities on request.
We allow 24 months period of warranty on our products, provided proper usage, appropriate treatment and storage.
Before sending anything return, please contact Boehme music.
Designs and models are subject to change.
Local jurisdiction will apply (Gießen) Germany, valid is German justice, especially if the customer has his living- or business location outside of Germany.

Damages are to be reported to driver immediately.
The danger transfers with the embarkation to the buyer.
Shipping occurs by the invoice of the seller.
Disapproval of goods are to be reported within 3 days with a picture of both the damaged box and the damaged instrument.
Returning goods requires consultation with us. Packages without proper postage as well as unannounced parcels will not be accepted. (See form transport loss, disapproval on our website).

All prices incl. German VAT with 19% in EURO
Payment in advance only.
All goods remain our property until payment is received in full.
Remember to clearly indicate the invoice number and customer number on your payment.
Payments always without any costs for Boehme music.
Minimum orders start at 100.-EUR
